A healthy player, is a better player.

First, I want to thank anybody who might be reading this for taking the time to check out the website. I hope you are able to read through at least one of the blogs, and more importantly take something from it. Through this platform, my goal is to help other coaches or players learn through my successes and mistakes, and learn myself while I am at it. If you ever have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to reach out through the contact tab.

My background includes coaching at the youth level with the Fort Bend Texans, NCAAA D1 level at Niagara University, the NJCAA D1 level at Northeast Texas Community College, as well as at the high school level. I am currently an assistant coach at Elkins High School in Fort Bend. My playing career consisted of 2 years at Cisco College and 3 years at UTSA. Over that time period, I had 2 shoulder surgeries. Injuries limited my opportunities as a player, and I am determined to attacking that very issue as a coach. A healthy player is a better player. Many of my blog posts will revolve around health management, and I hope that each blog shares a little bit of insight and can raise questions, at the very least.

Again, thank you for taking the time to check out the website, and I hope it is helpful! All written content is my own (with the influence of others), unless otherwise noted, and I understand my opinions/thoughts may not always be correct. If you find something I can improve on, let me know! Don't hesitate to reach out with comments, questions, ways I can make the blogs better, or simply to connect.
